We’re excited to share that Jetts Thailand is officially rolling out across 51 locations, and Evolt is at the heart of this transformative launch! This partnership marks a major step forward in enhancing member experiences through personalized fitness insights and professional guidance.
Preparing for Success: The Thailand Visit
To ensure the launch goes smoothly, Josh and Elliot from our Customer Success Team recently spent a week in Thailand meeting with key contacts from each Jetts location. This included heads of fitness, personal training, elite personal trainers, regional managers, and business development managers.
The primary goal of the visit was to deliver comprehensive training to the teams, equipping them with the knowledge needed to educate over 900 personal trainers and sales staff. This initiative will not only support the launch but also foster long-term success by empowering fitness professionals to utilize Evolt technology effectively.
What’s Changing at Jetts Thailand?
Jetts Thailand is making a significant shift from a self-service scan model to a more structured, trainer-led approach with Evolt technology. This change means that scans will only be conducted with a personal trainer present, adding value and education to the process.
To support this transition, each location will feature an Evolt Body Composition Zone placed at the front of the gym. To ensure consistency, “red rope” will indicate that scans can only be performed when a trainer is available, guaranteeing accuracy and professional guidance.
Why This Matters:
This strategic change is expected to increase personal training package sales, as members will receive deeper insights into their body composition through guided analysis. The Evolt experience will become a key part of every member’s fitness journey, driving both satisfaction and retention.
A Long-Term Vision: The Evolt Education Pipeline
To maximize the impact, we’ve established a 12-month education pipeline for Jetts Thailand. This will help track key metrics, including:
- Personal Training Package Sales
- Average Spend Per Customer
- Retention Rates
By closely monitoring these indicators, we’ll be able to measure the full effect of Evolt’s implementation and continuously optimize the experience.

This partnership between Evolt and Jetts Thailand is just the beginning! With the official launch set for mid-April and 5 new sites opening this year, we’re looking forward to seeing how this collaboration transforms the way members engage with their fitness journeys.
