Vision PT sees more than just scale changes with the Evolt 360
Everything at Vision Personal Training is about transforming people for better health, so it just makes complete sense for the brand to get its hands on an Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyser at its Southport and Bundall (QLD) studios.
Creating lasting change is what Vision Personal Training strives for, and combining the knowledge of its qualified trainers with the intelligence of an Evolt 360 was simply a natural progression that couldn’t have come at a better time.
The Story Behind Vision PT
Vision Personal Training director and owner Jack Smith has personally owned the Southport studio for 5 years and the Bundall for 1 (with each, this year, having turned 10 and 11 years old respectively). As Australia’s largest PT studio business focusing on the ‘4 E Factors’ of Emotion, Education, Eating and Exercise, Vision Personal Training has worked for many years to improve the health and lifestyles of thousands of people.
Working in a one-on-one environment to help clients make a variety of lifestyle changes, the majority of the studio’s success has been in helping people make long term positive shifts, in turn affecting their overall health and happiness.
It was this reason that Vision Personal Training decided to invest in an Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyser recently – to be at the forefront of the industry.
Vision PT and Evolt Team Up
Mr Smith said that before the Evolt 360 came along to his 2 studios, staff members used the old, inaccurate body fat scales.
“We’d always taken photos, measured performance, tracked food and taken physical measures,” he revealed.
“But our major advancement has been to accurately track body composition using the Evolt.
“There’s no comparison between our old body fat scales and these; being able to confidently work our macronutrient profiles based on accurate data has been a game changer.
“Seeing more than just scale changes (such as total body water, muscle mass and visceral fat) improved the data we can celebrate and measure with clients.”
Results Keep Everyone Motivated
Today, Vision Personal Training has the ability to provide Evolt 360 body scans to all its initial clientele, using them both as a benchmark scan and a diagnosis point.
Scans are also used in bi-monthly goal sessions to check client progress and set ongoing composition goals, as well as to adjust nutrition as clients’ bodies adapt and change.
And all it takes is 60 seconds on an Evolt 360 to see what’s going on inside the body.
Over 40 measurements are analysed so that Vision Personal Training clients can really hone in on their health and see where improvements, if any, need to be made. From subcutaneous fat mass and total body fat percentage to protein and mineral intake, the Evolt 360 really provides an insight into where people can put their focus on.
Vision PT Bundall manager Haydn Kiel said the ability to give clients accurate feedback has been fantastic.
“The Evolt bioscan has been the best thing we’ve implemented into our studios in the 10 years I’ve worked at Vision,” he said.
“Often clients will get disheartened when the scales haven’t shifted a whole lot despite thinking they have made improvements; by having the Evolt body scanner, we can dive deeper, and often find their body has drastically improved by adding muscle mass. Therefore the scale weight is similar but they are so much better than before.”
“This has helped me keep my clients motivated and loving their training.”
Moving Forward With Evolt
The Evolt 360 body scanner is non-intrusive, non-invasive and provides results in less than 60 seconds that can be printed in an easy-to-interpret report or sent directly to the Evolt Active app once downloaded.
Vision Personal Training clients who get an Evolt 360 scan are able to move towards their health and fitness goals faster thanks to the powerful resource on their body composition. Not only do they have the ability to see where they are at the beginning of their journey, but they can clearly visualise how their bodies change in the process.
